Cathy LaFleche
Cathy LaFleche is the Executive Director of the Saskatoon Pregnancy Options Centre. She was a registered nurse for several years in Winnipeg where she and her family lived before moving to Saskatoon in 2006. In Saskatoon Cathy volunteered with the Pro- life organization, Fountain of Hope, presenting prenatal development and the reality of abortion to grade 9 students. In June of 2015, Cathy took on her new role as Executive Director at the Pregnancy Options Centre; overseeing staff and volunteers, working closely with clients, fundraising, connecting with donors and the community and working with a Board of Directors to develop the vision and mission of the centre. It has been an exciting transition from homemaker to Executive Director but when you say to the Lord “I’ll do anything you want me to do” you’d better buckle your seat belt because you’ll find yourself going places and doing things you never thought possible.
In her spare time, Cathy loves to read, spend summers at the lake, hike, canoe, bike ride and go to the gym. She also has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do!
